No experience required! Our classes are designed for all levels of exercisers. You can always come in and try a free trial to make sure the gym is a good fit. If you don’t have any previous experience lifting weights, we’ll set you up with our Fundamentals program.

Class cap is 20 people, with a two person waitlist! Usually class sizes are anywhere from 9-15 people.

Anywhere from 3 days per week to 6 days per week is appropriate, but it depends on your current fitness level and what your goals are. Most members see great results between 3 and 5 days per week!

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

We do have showers and four restrooms available in the gym!
