No experience required! Our classes are designed for all levels of exercisers. You can always come in and try a free trial to make sure the gym is a good fit. If you don’t have any previous experience lifting weights, we’ll set you up with our Fundamentals program.

5 AM is our first class of the day!

Each strength and conditioning class is 60 minutes long!

Class cap is 20 people, with a two person waitlist! Usually class sizes are anywhere from 8-14 people.

Anywhere from 3 to 6 days per week can be appropriate, but it depends on your current fitness level and what your goals are. Most members see great results between 3 and 5 days per week!

Our workouts are written by our coach Jeffrey Franzen! They contain a ton of variety in movement pattern and time domains, and are always pushing you forward!

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Yes! Absolutely okay! Our workouts aren’t easy, and you are in very good company if you need to make a modification or two when you come to class to make sure you are getting the best workout you can that day. The coaches are there to help you make the right call on your scale as well.

We do have showers and four restrooms available in the gym!
