How we do it:
Each group class at Risio is coach led; they will take you through a guided warm up and the workout of the day during each one-hour class, and provide any modifications or scaling options you may need. Each workout is designed with a specific intent or stimulus and is different each day you come in.

How do I get started?
Regardless of your experience level, we want you to come in to the gym for a No-Sweat Intro and chat with us first! During your Intro, we will either get you started with our Fundamentals program, or if you have adequate previous experience with barbell focused strength training, a monthly membership!
