Private and Semi-Private Training For Ages 55+

Our first Strength Training for the Older Adult Small Group Class is FULL and registration is closed. We will open registration for our January 2026 session after November 27th.

  • 8 week small group class: $240 up front

  • 1:15-2:15 on Mondays and Thursdays

  • Current: October 20th through December 11th (no class on Thanksgiving!)

  • 2026 Session: January 6th through Feb 26th

The 55+ program is suitable for clients with a wide range of abilities and exercise experience; Paula strives to bring accessible, creative, and fun modifications to functional exercises that will increase strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
