Our strength and conditioning classes focus on the following:
Strength development (barbells, dumbbells, functional movements)
Conditioning, work capacity, cardiovascular endurance

Who We Are
Every single one of our strength and conditioning classes is coach led; we’ll never leave you second guessing yourself or wondering what to do. Our workouts are structured and progressive; constantly varied, but never random. Everything is scalable to your experience level, no matter what.

What We Offer
Group Strength and Conditioning Classes
At Risio Athletics, our group strength and conditioning classes are designed to help you get stronger, move better, prevent injury, and stay consistent for lasting results. Every class is coach-led and built for real progress so you see continual improvement in strength, conditioning, and skill.
Fundamentals
New to lifting weights and strength training? Our fundamentals program teaches you the ins and outs so you can exercise safely and with confidence.
Personal Training
From Olympic Weightlifting to functional strength and mobility, our coaching team is available for 1:1 sessions in 30-60 minute increments.
Nutrition Coaching
Work with a certified nutrition coach to change your eating habits and get healthier. We offer lifestyle, performance, and single sessions.
Open Gym
If you aren’t interested in group classes, but want the space and equipment a functional fitness gym provides, we have a 24/7 Open Gym only membership available.
